Our state of the art servers are connected to redundant DS3 and OC3 connections to four different backbone providers, providing fail-over capability, so that if one backbone provider is down, the system automatically switches to a different backbone provider. And yet, because we're a small company, you can get technical support within an hour during regular business hours ...no hours spent on hold, or days waiting for an email reply. Because we're small, we're also more flexible, and can cater to your needs.

Our five packages include database-driven interactive software, with a simple fill-in-the-blanks interface. Two packages are for class schedule software only, and three additional packages provide both e-commerce and class schedule software. Our packages are all-inclusive, there are no extras. Others charge per-transaction fees, or a lower price, followed by add-on after add-on. With Key to the Web, you always know exactly what your monthly invoice will be. We continuously upgrade our software, never at a charge to you.

- An item is an individual item that is for sale. An item can have several colors and/or sizes. You are limited mostly by how many items you can show in the picture, as our software does allow unlimited options. You can move from any level to any other level at any time by paying the difference in the Software Installation Fee, plus the change in the monthly charges prorated to the date of the move.
- No "per-transaction" fees, no sales percentage, no other add-ons of any kind.
